Without doubt the biggest fraud in the Tories Phase 3 package is their 'generous' E10 handout to old age pensioners. They have made a big fanfare out of the fact that this miserable sumwhich works out to lass than 20p a week -is to be paid for out of an increase in employers National Insurance contributions.

So, there you are: Robin Hood Heath soaking the rich to give to the poor, old age pensioners Ah, but not quite. If you look at the small print of the 'Counter Inflation' laws you will find out that 100% of employers National Insurance contributions are allowable costs'ie can be taken into account in raising prices. So this handout for the pensioners will be simply slapped on to prices by the capitalists and paid for by the ordinary consumersincluding the pensioners themselves!
